With over 34 years of construction experience, we bring a combination of expert problem solving and modern foundation repair technology to effectively guarantee foundational integrity.

Being a small local company in western Oregon we can provide more personal service and save property owners big dollars. Unlike the national companies who spend exorbitant amounts of money on television ads, we have far less overhead costs. With these national companies, typically you get a crew (of kids) that works for that company. In our operation, Rick, the owner is on the job, running the equipment, making decisions, assuring you – the customer – that we provide the highest quality and best product for you.

While we focus on repairing foundations (e.g. leveling basements, restoring retaining walls, etc,) R C Humphrey brings a variety and long history of construction and home building experience to bear in solving tricky and/or complex building problems.
We take a holistic approach and employ a quality-oriented, thoughtful process throughout our projects. Our 3-man crew has 112 years of experience between the 3 of us.
Our philosophy has been to build a home not to contract every trade. We are builders not contractors – we do virtually all of the work: foundation, framing, exterior finish and siding, interior finish – all to the finest detail in the Willamette Valley and the Oregon Coast.
